Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to the relevant order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original box and use a sturdy outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
